Languages Week

By September 25, 2017Uncategorized

On Thursday morning, we began a week-long celebration of languages with an assembly from Madame Crouch, wearing the colours of the Tricolore, entirely in French. Monsieur Lacy and Monsieur McGuinness captained house teams who battled to identify the languages of the songs they heard. Eventually, les Savants (Scholars) were narrowly beaten by les Martyres. We’re looking forward to more language-based activities this week culminating in the annual lunch menu of foods from other cultures on Thursday.
