Mason, in Year Three, is a wiz at designing and making things and spends many a happy hour with his dad coming up with all kinds of wonderful creations. So when his teacher came across a book on how to make a model Roman Fort (having studied The Romans that term) it seemed to have Mason’s name written all over it.
So on his first day back after the Christmas holidays, Mason appeared in class with the completed fort! All his friends in class were truly amazed! Well done Mason… and dad. It will be used in class to help future children visualise what a Roman fort looked like.
